A destination wedding in Punta Cana is not one big transfer: it is thirty small ones spread over three days. Whether it runs well or descends into chaos has less to do with the vehicles than with the spreadsheet behind them.

Start from the flights

Before thinking about vehicles, gather the arrival list: name, flight, time and hotel. With that list in front of you the groups form themselves. Two flights landing forty minutes apart and heading to the same hotel are one run, not two.

The day itself

The ceremony day is planned backwards. You fix the time everyone must be in place, subtract the journey, and subtract a margin. The couple and immediate family usually travel in a separate vehicle, on their own schedule, with the chauffeur waiting through the event.

An incentive trip or a convention has the same structure in different vocabulary: staggered arrivals, daily movements between hotel and venue, and staggered departures.
