What we collect

We collect only what you type into the booking form: your name, email address, telephone number, flight number if you give one, and any notes you add.

Alongside that we keep the trip details: pick-up, drop-off, date, time, number of passengers, the vehicle chosen and the fare quoted.

We do not collect payment details on this site.

What we use it for

To confirm your booking and carry out the transfer. Your name, pick-up point and flight number are shared with the assigned chauffeur, who cannot meet you without them.

We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to provide the service and meet accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to reservas@movinlux.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

The WhatsApp and telephone buttons take you off this site. What happens there is governed by those services' own policies.
